COMLINE AG's new ITIL V.3 Foundation Course helps you to help your employees become ITIL V.3 certified and put the new approaches into practice to benefit daily IT operations.
Introduction
Companies are extremely dependent on the availability of their IT services today. It's expected that they not only support the core business of a company but also contribute to its competitive advantage.
ITIL specifies a detailed list of the most important practices for an IT organization. In addition, ITIL provides extensive checklists, tasks, processes and responsibilities that can be easily tailored to the individual requirements of every IT organization. ITIL is a process that is independent of the influence of any service provider.
Objectives
COMLINE AG offers a three day ITIL Foundation Seminar. The participants attain independent recognition of their knowledge in ITIL basic principles. The Foundation Certificate is the first requirement along the path towards accreditation for further certifications such as ITIL Expert.
An assessment is undertaken by TÜV South at the end of the three day seminar. Participants get to know the ITIL philosophy using a process oriented, scalable approach that is applicable to both large and small IT organizations alike. After attending the course a participant will be able to categorize the concepts and will have a qualified understanding of what can be implemented inside his or her company.

Prerequisites
COMLINE AG is an accredited EXIN Training Partner for ITIL trainings. There are no special prerequisites necessary for attending the seminar, however, participation at an assessment that is part of the COMLINE course must be preceded by attendance at a seminar.

Participants are lead through the various processes with the help of case studies, questionnaires and a precise test assessment.
